The Gabrielle CC-26 series is a product developed specifically for surface decoration of plastic materials with poor solvent resistance. It has the advantages of non corrosive substrate, high gloss, high temperature resistance, strong weather resistance, washability and reprinting, especially for normal operation in humid environments.

Product Features:

The CC-26 series is composed of special acrylic resin and specific solvents combined with colorants and functional additives, thus avoiding the occurrence of etching on the surface of plastics with weak solvent resistance such as PS and ABS. However, it also has shortcomings such as alcohol resistance and adhesive resistance.

Scope of application:
It can generally be used for surface printing, spraying and other processing of plastics such as thermal PS, ABS, foam adhesive and AS, and can also be used for organic glass PC、 Hard PVC and other surface decorations can be used for vacuum forming and high-temperature molding due to their high temperature resistance.

Usage:
a. Please stir the ink thoroughly and evenly before use to prevent separation of the special effects additives added to the ink.
b. Before printing, it is necessary to first consider removing oil stains and dust from the surface of the printing material.
c. Please select one of our company's fast, medium, and slow diluents based on the actual environmental conditions of the assignment.
d. Please select the appropriate screen according to the desired printing effect: 77-150 lines/cm.
e. To achieve excellent printing effects on fine lines, patterns, and text, our company's OJ-26-100 temporary setting paste can be added to better prevent the diffusion, burrs, and blurriness of the printing ink layer.
Attention to issues:
a. Before printing, please make sure to try printing first to prevent the quality from not meeting the required standards due to differences in plastic types.
b. When poor adhesion or printing process occurs after printing, please note that it is highly likely to be caused by the migration of plasticizers or other additives in the plastic to the surface. Static electricity should also be considered, and it is recommended to use alcohol or white oil for cleaning.
c. The diluent can be adjusted between 20-30%, depending entirely on the mesh size, environmental conditions, and printing effect to adjust the ink viscosity.
d. Due to differences in the substrate being printed, there may be drying variations. Please confirm the actual drying method and time according to the target to ensure post printing quality.
e. Before and after use, the ink container of this series should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding contact with open flames or high temperatures.
f. The shelf life of this series of products is 1 year from the date of production. Please confirm the availability again if the expiration date is exceeded.
