The natural gas bright annealing heat treatment furnace mainly consists of an inlet sealing section, a heating furnace, a radiation cooling section, a spray cooling section, an outlet sealing section, a compressed air pipeline, a protective gas pipeline, and other parts:
1. Entrance sealing section: The entrance sealing section of the bright annealing furnace consists of several parts, including an entrance sealing device, furnace support rollers and driving devices, safety explosion-proof devices, glow ignition devices, shells, and graphite doors. The sealed section can effectively reduce oxygen invasion, minimize radiation heat loss, and save safe gas consumption. Installed with pressure detection, dew point, oxygen analyzer, safety explosion-proof device, exhaust device, and glow ignition device, the equipment runs stably;
2. Bright natural gas annealing furnace body: The bright annealing furnace is mainly used for annealing stainless steel coils and cold-rolled strips in a protective atmosphere. The furnace shell is welded from high-quality steel plates and sections. The furnace lining adopts a two-part structure consisting of aluminum silicate refractory fibers, high alumina refractory materials, lightweight refractory clay, and insulation bricks. The furnace top adopts a full fiber structure, the side walls, and the furnace bottom adopts a composite structure of high alumina refractory material, lightweight refractory clay, and insulation bricks;
3. Radiation cooling section: The radiation cooling section of the bright annealing furnace is mainly used to reduce the radiation heat loss at the outlet of the heating furnace through radiation cooling. The core part is the water-cooled jacket cooling. There is a water cooling jacket in the middle of the two flanges before and after the radiation cooling section, which can effectively prevent the flange from deforming at high temperatures. It has the advantages of simple structure and effective reduction of radiation heat loss;
4. Tide blowing cooling section: The bright annealing furnace spray cooling section consists of a shell, a circulating air system, a heat exchanger, a spray box, a roller assembly, a glow generator, and other parts. The cooling chamber is a closed structure, and the strip steel is cooled under a protective atmosphere. The cooling chamber shell is made of high-quality stainless steel plates and steel sections welded together in a closed manner. The circulation system is driven by a variable frequency speed regulating motor, and the circulation fan sucks out the hot air from the cooling chamber. After being cooled by a heat exchanger, the cooling air is sprayed onto the upper and lower surfaces of the strip steel through pipelines. Thus achieving rapid cooling, the cooling rate can be adjusted according to the motor speed. There are rollers inside the cooling room, which are driven by a motor to rotate through a reducer;
5. Export sealing section: The export sealing section of the bright annealing furnace consists of several parts such as the export sealing device and the shell. The export seal adopts felt sealed cylinder compression and upper and lower air curtain sealing. It can effectively reduce oxygen invasion. Unlike the inlet section, the outer shell of the outlet sealing section does not have a water cooling jacket. A roller is installed inside the sealed room as a support to drive the strip steel, and the driving motor is a variable frequency speed regulating motor. The end bearing seat is cooled by water cooling. The graphite door is installed in the non explosion proof hole on the roller, adjustable, which can effectively reduce radiation heat loss, save safety gas consumption, effectively seal the flange, and prevent furnace exhalation gas leakage.
