Box type furnace:As the name suggests, a box type high-temperature furnace has the same appearance as a box, which is a traditional muffle furnace, but with stronger functions and better insulation performance. The furnace is generally square in shape, and the size specifications can be customized. The door is opened in front and pulled outward. There is also a door stopper inside the door for better insulation. This is also the most commonly used high-temperature furnace, suitable for most laboratories.
Tube furnace:Suitable for heating and sintering small workpieces and samples, it is widely used in laboratories of various colleges and universities. The working method is to heat quartz or corundum furnace tubes in the furnace, and place workpieces in the heating area and constant temperature area.The tube furnace is equipped with sealed flanges at both ends, which can achieve pre vacuum pumping and allow various protective gases, oxidizing gases, and reducing gases to be introduced.
Atmosphere Furnace:Atmosphere furnace is a high-temperature furnace that integrates the dual characteristics of box furnace and tube furnace, suitable for experiments and production with larger samples and atmosphere requirements. The appearance of the atmosphere furnace is similar to that of a high-temperature furnace. HereOn the basis of this, an air inlet and an air outlet have been added. The furnace body is sealed and welded, and there is a high-temperature resistant silicone sealing ring on the furnace door, which can provide a good sealing effect. So it can be pre evacuated and various atmospheres can be introduced during use. The vacuum effect is slightly worse than that of a tube furnace, but it does not affect its use and can generally reach 0.05MP.
Well furnace:Well furnace, also known as vertical furnace, is similar in appearance to box furnace and atmosphere furnace, both of which are box shaped. But structurally, it is very similar to a crucible high-temperature furnace. The furnace chamber of a well furnaceIt is vertically arranged, allowing samples and workpieces to be taken and placed vertically. The furnace door is opened above the furnace, and the door is opened and closed vertically. It is very convenient to need automation improvements, such as cooperating with robotic arms for automatic experiments. The furnace chamber of a well furnace is generally circular, but there are also many customers who require a square furnace chamber.

However, the LH furnace is not suitable for processing test samples that release corrosive gases, and exposed heating wires and insulation liners can cause corrosion.
