Product Introduction
The DMC series pneumatic pulse bag filter is a new product introduced from Fule Company in the United States. It combines the advantages of various bag filters such as chamber back blowing and pulse dust cleaning, overcomes the disadvantage of insufficient chamber back blowing dust cleaning intensity, and expands the application range of bag filters. Due to the unique structure of this type of dust collector, it improves dust collection efficiency and extends the service life of filter bags.
This series of products can be widely used in dust collection systems such as crushing installation, warehouse roof, hot cooling machines, and various grinding machines in cement plants. This series of dust collectors has a total of 33 specifications, with 4 types of bags per room: 32 bags, 64 bags, 96 bags, and 128 bags. There are two types of filter bag lengths: 1450mm and 3060mm. The dust removal efficiency can reach over 99.98%, and the dust concentration of the purified gas is less than 50mg/Nm3.
Working principle
The DMC series pneumatic pulse bag filter consists of a shell, ash hopper, ash discharge device, bracket, and pulse cleaning system. When the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first encounters the inclined partition in the middle of the inlet and outlet, and the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to inertia, the coarse particles in the gas fall into the ash hopper, playing a role in pre dust collection. The airflow entering the ash hopper then bends upward and passes through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside. The dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the clean room at the upper part of the filter bag chamber, and is collected and discharged through the air outlet pipe. The shell is divided into several independent dust collection chambers by partitions, and each dust collection chamber is cleaned alternately according to the given time. Each dust collection chamber is equipped with a lift valve. During dust cleaning, the lift valve is closed to cut off the filtered airflow passing through the dust collection chamber. Then, the pulse valve is opened to spray high-pressure air into the filter bag to remove the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. The pulse blowing width and cleaning cycle of each dust collection chamber are automatically and continuously operated by a dedicated cleaning program controller.
