Looking at the fan from the direction of the drive shaft, if the fan impeller rotates clockwise, it is called right rotation, represented by "right"; Counter clockwise rotation is called left rotation, represented by "left". Structure: The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a support, and an electric motor.
The impeller is welded between the curved conical cover and the flat disc with a backward inclined arc straight blade. After precision machining, it undergoes strict static and dynamic balance correction, ensuring smooth and reliable operation, good aerodynamic performance, low noise, and high efficiency.
The casing is made of ordinary steel plates welded into a snail shaped shell, which is divided and welded into two structures with the support, making it stable and reliable.
The air inlet is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure and fixed to the inlet side of the fan with bolts.
The transmission group consists of a main shaft, an integral bearing box, rolling bearings, pulleys or couplings, etc. Lubricate with full loss system oil l-an32. Good sealing performance, smooth operation, and long service life.
