1、 Preface

Its dust removal efficiency is high, especially for fine dust, with a high purification efficiency of generally over 99%. If the selected bag has good performance, design, manufacturing, and operation, the dust removal efficiency can even reach 99.9%. 2、 Equipment Introduction
The WMC-2 pulse back blowing bag filter is our company's third-generation dust collector product, which has a simple structure, strong adaptability, is not limited by environmental factors (can be used indoors or outdoors), and can capture and purify dust of different properties. This equipment uses a bag with a diameter of 120-150mm, and the length can be adjusted according to the actual situation, generally 2000mm. This dust collector can be used to purify dusty gases with particle diameters greater than 0.1 μ m. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, stable and reliable performance, easy operation, and the collection of dry dust is easy to recycle, so it is widely used. Due to limitations such as temperature and corrosiveness of the filter cloth used, it is generally only suitable for purifying and recovering dust containing gases with low corrosiveness and temperatures below 300 ℃. Generally, the purification efficiency can reach over 99%.
3、 Equipment structure and working principle
The dust collector consists of equipment casing, filter bag, flower board, bag inner skeleton, ash hopper, exhaust port, etc. The dusty gas enters the dust collector from the bottom and is captured and collected on the outer wall of the filter material through the parallel installation of filter bags. The clean gas passing through the bag is discharged from the exhaust port. As dust accumulates on the filter bag, the resistance of the dusty gas passing through the filter bag will also increase accordingly. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the pulse controller automatically controls the opening of the pulse blowing valve, using a powerful blowing airflow to shake the dust from the outer wall of the bag into the ash hopper, and so on in a cyclic operation.
Bag type dust collectors commonly use bags made of materials such as cotton, wool, and synthetic fibers. The bag itself has a larger pore size, generally ranging from 20 μ m to 50 μ m, and the surface is usually flanked by 5-10 μ m. The dust removal efficiency of fresh filter materials is relatively low. So when the bag filter is first used, it mainly relies on the screening, interception, collision, diffusion, and electrostatic adsorption generated by the bag fibers to leave dust on the filter material, gradually forming a so-called dust reservoir on the outer wall of the bag. The filtering function of the bag filter mainly relies on this reservoir and the gradually accumulated dust layer in the future for filtration.
4、 Precautions
1. If encountering unexpected situations that exceed the design temperature of the bag filter (greater than 300 ℃), please promptly repair the equipment;
2. When replacing the cloth bag, it is not advisable to hang it too loose or too tight. If it is too loose, it may leak dust, and if it is too tight, it may cause trouble for the next replacement.
3. New and old cloth bags should not be mixed to avoid uneven resistance caused by different resistance on the outer wall of the bag, which may affect the normal operation of the equipment.
4. If you want to continue using the replaced cloth bag, you can first blow it clean with compressed air, then check for any damage. If there is any damage, repair it and leave it for replacement. After rinsing it clean with water, let it dry and leave it for future replacement.
