Working principle

realization. The sample falls onto the high-speed rotating blade rotor through a funnel that prevents splashing. Due to the centrifugal force, the sample moves towards the outside of the rotor and strongly collides with the wedge-shaped rotor teeth located on the outer extension of the rotor, achieving the effect of crushing. At the same time, the shear effect between the rotating blade and the sieve ring produces a fine crushing effect on the sample. Afterwards, the samples filtered out by the sieve ring can be collected in the collection tray carried by the instrument itself, and the ultra centrifugal grinder can also be collected through a large capacity cyclone separator or paper filter bag.
