MTA-The sampling instrument mainly includes an operating platform, a punching and sampling device, and a positioning controller. The punching and sampling device can sample the donor tissue wax block and also punch the recipient tissue wax block. The outer diameter of the punching needle is the same as the inner diameter of the sampling needle, and both can be accurately positioned by rotating the knob at the top of the positioning controller. The positioning controller can linearly move the drilling sampling needle forward, backward, left, and right. Its micro display can display the relative or absolute position of the needle in real time (in inches or millimeters), allowing for the preparation of tissue chip wax blocks with identical aperture, spacing, and depth. By using a slicing assistance system to transfer and fix it onto silicified and gelatinized glass slides, it becomes a tissue chip.
