Working principle of BZF type warehouse wall vibrator:

The BZF type silo wall vibrator uses a vibration motor as the excitation source. When the BZF silo wall vibrator is working, the high-speed rotation of the vibration motor generates periodic high-frequency vibration of the silo wall. Due to the periodic vibration of the silo wall vibrator, on the one hand, the material is out of contact with the silo wall, eliminating friction between the material and the silo wall, and on the other hand, the material is affected by alternating speed and acceleration, making it in an unstable state, effectively overcoming the internal friction and aggregation force of the material, eliminating the relative stability between the materials in the silo, and enabling the material to be smoothly discharged from the silo mouth.

The BZF type silo wall vibrator can be fixed to the silo wall at the bottom of the silo with bolts, or directly welded to the silo. Its fixing (welding) should be firm, and the better the rigidity of the connection with the silo wall, the better its use effect.

Use and maintenance of BZF series warehouse wall vibrator:

1. The all steel silo and the silo wall vibrator device should be welded to the silo wall surface.

2. The all concrete silo and reinforced steel silo should be equipped with vibration plates inside the silo, and the silo wall vibrator device should be welded to the vibration plate.

3. The upper part is a concrete hopper, and the lower part is a steel hopper. The silo wall vibrator device should be welded to the wall of the dry material hopper.

4. The silo for storing pure coarse block materials, regardless of their form, should be equipped with vibration plates inside the silo.

5. Chute: The bin wall vibrator device should be welded to the easily sticky and blocked parts of the chute.

6. The hopper wall vibrator device should be installed on the vibration wave belly section of the installation surface, which is located at a distance of one-third to one-quarter of the total length from the upper or lower side of the installation surface.

7. Perform monthly maintenance on motor bearings and replenish lubricating grease; Regularly clean the dust outside the casing, improve heat dissipation conditions, and strictly prohibit rinsing with water.

8. Regularly check the insulation resistance, strengthen the foundation bolts, and promptly eliminate hidden dangers.
