The BZ · PJ215X2 type expandable microporous aerator consists of an ABS engineering plastic chassis, a support plate, a cover plate, and a rubber membrane. It has the characteristics of good corrosion resistance, uniform air distribution, variable and non clogging micropores, high oxygen utilization and power efficiency, and low energy consumption. Applied to aeration engineering for biochemical treatment of industrial wastewater and urban domestic wastewater in papermaking, printing and dyeing, knitting, petroleum, chemical, beer, hospital, leather and other industries.

3、 Layout, installation, and debugging
1. The aerator is evenly arranged at the bottom of the aeration tank, with a surface distance of about 200-300m from the bottom of the tank, and the spacing is evenly arranged according to the design requirements.
2. The design of the intake pipe should consider pressure balance, and each branch pipe should be equipped with valves to facilitate the adjustment of air volume. An air pressure drainage pipe should be installed at the end of the branch pipe to eliminate accumulated water that may flow into the pipe during installation, commissioning, or shutdown.
