product overview
This instrument is used to test the opacity of plastic pipes and fittings (displaying results as percentages). It replaces the traditional method of testing the opacity of pipes and is controlled by an industrial touch screen. It has functions such as automatic calibration, data analysis and calculation, and result printing. It is a device for measuring the opacity of water pipes or fittings exposed to visible light to prevent the growth of algae inside the pipes.
Execution standards
GB/T 21300-2007 "Determination of opacity of plastic pipes and fittings"
GB/T 2410-2008Determination of transmittance and haze of transparent plastics
ISO 7686:2005 Plastics pipes and fittings — Determination of opacity
Instrument characteristics
1. Adopting high-precision standard A parallel light source, the light wave is strictly controlled within the range of 540-560nm;
2. The luminous flux acquisition system adopts an industrial grade high-precision optical collector with strong anti-interference ability and a 24 bit analog-to-digital conversion circuit, with stable and reliable measurement results and an effective resolution of 0.01%;
3. The sample holder provides three positioning points for each sample and has voice prompt function;
4. Color LCD touch screen control and display, easy to operate, intuitive display; Data can be printed using a micro printer for easy recording of experiments;
5. Small size, reasonable structure, space saving, stable performance, high efficiency, easy operation and maintenance.
