This machine is used to study the thermal stability, shear stability, flow and curing behavior of thermoplastic materials. It can continuously, accurately and reliably measure the rheological properties of materials under near real processing conditions. Typical experiments that can be completed include measuring the crosslinking characteristics of XLPE materials, measuring the fusion characteristics and thermal stability of PVC materials, and measuring the viscosity and shear rate of materials.
