DESCRIPTION：

1. Rack section: Made of high-quality carbon steel welded together, it can also be made of stainless steel for the entire machine, covered with stainless steel, and equipped with sturdy bolts in contact with the ground.

2. Transmission system: composed of motor, reducer, cam splitter, template, transmission chain, etc.

3. Cup drop system: composed of a rack, slide rail, cup storage compartment, cup pushing cylinder, etc. The PLC control system sends a signal to synchronize the control action when the template stops.

4. Filling system: The storage cylinder is made of stainless steel 304 material, and the cylinder stroke is piston type quantitative filling, non-contact filling, and the filling amount can be freely adjusted with accurate quantitative measurement. It is equipped with a liquid level control device.

5. Film calibration system: photoelectric eye tracking automatically corrects the film pattern and cup mouth alignment.

6. Cover placement system: composed of a cover compartment, a rotating cylinder, a robotic arm, suction cups, etc. (vacuum generator) film.

7. Sealing system: It adopts constant temperature (intelligent temperature control) hot pressing for two times sealing, and the sealing head is a combination of copper and aluminum, which is easy to replace. The sealing pressure can be adjusted.

BG type automatic filling and sealing machine adopts a chain stepper transmission mechanism. Can work continuously for 24 hours. The use of anti-corrosion materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and copper, which comply with food hygiene laws and have stable and reliable performance, is the main equipment for ideal beverage production lines. This machine can automatically (manually) place cups.
