The quality assurance period is within 12 months after the project is put into operation or 18 months after the product is delivered.
2. Our company is responsible for the quality of purchased supporting parts and equipment, and conducts strict quality inspections on the purchased parts and equipment. 3. Our company guarantees that the equipment provided is brand new, unused, and has undergone strict factory performance testing and quality inspection. 4. During the quality assurance period stipulated in the contract, our company shall be responsible for repairing or replacing any damaged, defective or malfunctioning equipment caused by defects in design, manufacturing, materials, or purchased supporting components, free of charge, to meet the requirements specified in the technical conditions. Outside the warranty period, our company has an obligation to provide paid lifelong maintenance for the equipment provided.
