Product features:
1. The automatic quantitative filling machine adopts the direct connection technology between the air duct and the bottle feeding wheel. The bottle feeding wheel adopts an innovative bottle mouth clamping mechanism with bottle separation function, and only a small number of parts need to be replaced and adjusted to change the bottle type.
2. All bottle transfers adopt bottleneck technology and use bottle clamps instead of traditional pulleys. Changing bottle shapes requires adjusting the height of the equipment and only a small number of parts need to be replaced or adjusted.
3. The spray nozzle with high efficiency is used to spray bottle washing water at a set angle, which can be washed to any part of the inner wall of the bottle to clean and save bottle washing water.
4. High speed and high flow gravity filling valve, quantitative filling, fast filling speed, accurate liquid level without liquid loss.
5. The capping mechanism consists of three major components: a capping device, a lid dropping guide rail, and a capping machine.
Customize corresponding filling methods according to different materials to meet the filling process requirements, and perform CIP cycle cleaning.
