This sampling tube can filter, heat up, and rapidly condense and dehydrate pollution source exhaust gases, reducing the impact of moisture and particulate matter on flue gas detection results; Small in size, light in weight, easy to operate, and widely used, especially suitable for portable sampling and analysis of flue gas under high humidity.
3、 Performance characteristics
◆Adopting a miniature high thermal conductivity condensing device with a built-in steam water separator, it has fast cooling speed and high condensing efficiency.
◆The heating tube heats up quickly, evenly, and efficiently, with a low surface temperature of the gun body and no burning sensation.
◆The front end is a PTFE sampling tube and the inner surface of the condensing device is sprayed with PTFE coating, which has a small gas adsorption effect and is less likely to leave water droplets.
◆The peristaltic pump automatically drains water, which is convenient and practical.
◆Using double-layer semiconductor refrigeration chips for cooling, the cooling temperature difference is large, and it is not affected by vibration or turbulence, making it stable and reliable.
◆Vacuum titanium plating treatment on the surface of 304 stainless steel can effectively prevent corrosion of the gun body in high temperature and high humidity environments.

Test conditions:①The condensation temperature is set at 4 ℃, the ambient temperature is 25 ℃, the flue gas temperature is 55 ℃, and the relative humidity is 100%
②Heating from ambient temperature of 20 ℃ to 120 ℃③Refrigeration from ambient temperature of 25 ℃ to 4 ℃
