The AutoTrace 280 is a fully automatic large volume solid-phase extraction device capable of processing up to 20 L of liquid samples. This device is used for the extraction and concentration of trace organic compounds in liquid samples such as drinking water, surface water, groundwater, food, and beverages, as well as in solid and semi-solid sample extraction solutions. It is particularly suitable for trace pollutants in large volume liquid samples. It is possible to use SPE extraction columns of 1, 3, and 6 mL or extraction disks of 47 mm simultaneously, and the entire solid-phase extraction process (activation, sample column rinsing, elution) can be fully automated. Up to 5 different elution solvents can be selected, and an independent pipeline and pump system can be used without cross contamination.
Instrument features:
Automatically select five solvents for SPE column activation, cleaning, and elution
Extraction mode: column extraction or disc extraction (extraction column: 1 mL, 3 mL, 6 mL; Extraction disk: 47 mm diameter), capable of simultaneous column extraction and disk extraction
6 extraction channels, capable of extracting 1-6 samples simultaneously or sequentially as needed
Capable of handling large volume liquid samples up to 20 L
Using a metering pump for sample loading, using positive pressure method for accurate volume and fast loading speed; Using an independent pump to activate, elute, and regenerate the extraction column or extraction disk
Water phase and organic phase waste liquids are discharged separately through dedicated discharge pipelines to avoid pollution
It can extract liquid samples of groundwater, surface water, wastewater, and even suspended solids
Simple SPE operation software
EPA method for water sample testing accreditation standard method
Reduce the exposure of operators to chemical aerosols
New PEEK material design, compatible with acid and alkali
Can store 24 methods, which is beneficial for method development
There are already 10 pre stored methods for system calibration in the instrument, which is beneficial for instrument calibration
