Labplas TWIRL'EM ® Aseptic sampling is made of FDA certified sturdy native polyethylene tubing, which eliminates the need for side sealing and ensures that the bag opening can be opened to a large size for easy sample placement. Polyethylene tubing is extruded at a temperature of 240 ℃ to ensure its internal sterility. Equally important, throughout the entire production process, the interior of the bag has never been exposed to the external environment.
TWIRL'EM ® Aseptic sampling comes in different specifications and wall thicknesses, including fully transparent bags and bags with writing areas printed on them.
TWIRL'EM ® Aseptic sampling has different seals: a circular and a flat steel wire seal for bags with large load-bearing objects, and a very secure seal with two flat steel wires. Meanwhile, TWIRL'EM ® The product has a regular sealing end and a safety sealing end

Tear open the top of the bag along the dotted hole.
Open the bag with a 'pull tab'.
Put in the sample.
Grasp the tail of the wire and lift the bag. Rotate the bag 3-4 times to seal it, then close the tail of the wire to the bag opening.
