AeroTrak remote laser particle counter
7110 type
The TSI 7110 remote particle counter can achieve precise measurement of particles as small as 100nm (nanometers). The helium neon laser technology it uses can greatly improve the signal-to-noise ratio. This instrument can be used for monitoring clean rooms, process monitoring, and membrane testing. Due to the use of an external vacuum source, this particle counter has great flexibility.
This model of particle counter can be easily compatible with online monitoring systems and can capture and analyze data like TSI's FMS 5 online monitoring system. Specifically, when used in conjunction with FMS 5, it is equivalent to a powerful statistical tool. This particle counter can store up to 2000 sample records.
The 7110 remote particle counter strictly complies with the ISO 21501-4 protocol. It is validated using standard particle measurement methods, which involve using PSL balls from the National Institute of Standards and Technology in the United States to pass through TSI * sieves and coagulation particle counters. Based on a 2-year warranty and TSI's long-term good after-sales support, its quality is excellent, making it a high-precision, high flow, and high-sensitivity remote particle counter currently available in the market.
