Product Description:
The activated carbon sampling tube produced by our company meets the requirementsenvironmental monitoringandoccupational healthRequirements for testing. Activated carbon sampling tubes can collect many toxic substances such as benzene, toluene, ethyl acetate, methyl acetate, xylene, butadiene, iodomethane, methane, pyridine, trichloroethane, cyclohexane, ethylbenzene, etc. Suitable for non-polar and weak compounds, with large adsorption capacity.
Specifications: solvent desorption type (carbon disulfide desorption type), thermal desorption type.
Solvent desorption type:
The specification is 6x80mm, with 150mg of processed 20-40 mesh activated carbon inside, divided into two sections: 50mg in the front section and 100mg in the back section. The diameter of the two sections of the dissolution seal is about 2mm. This sampling tube is used in conjunction with the sampler. When sampling, use a small grinding wheel or a sampling tube cutter to open both ends of the sampling tube at the sampling point. Connect the 50mg end to the sampler inlet, and then adjust the sampler flow rate and sampling time as needed to start sampling. After sampling, seal the two ends of the sampling tube with plastic caps and bring it back to the laboratory for analysis using a gas chromatograph. The analysis method refers to the third edition of the "GB Workshop Air Monitoring Method".
Thermal desorption type:
The specification is 6x120mm, with 100mg of processed 20-40 mesh activated carbon inside and biased towards one end. The diameter of the two sections of the dissolution seal is about 2mm. This sampling tube is used in conjunction with the sampler. When sampling, use a small grinding wheel or a sampling tube cutter to open both ends of the sampling tube at the sampling point. Connect the end biased towards activated carbon to the air inlet of the sampler. Then adjust the flow rate and sampling time of the sampler as needed to start sampling. After sampling, seal the two ends of the sampling tube with plastic caps and bring it back to the laboratory for analysis using a thermal desorption furnace. The analysis method refers to the third edition of "GB Workshop Air Monitoring Method".
We can customize various specifications and welcome new and old customers to provide samples and sizes to customize various specifications of activated carbon sampling tubes, silicone sampling tubes, and TVOC sampling tubes. )
