After adsorption purification and desorption, it is converted into low air volume and high concentration organic waste gas for thermal oxidation treatment, and the heat released by the combustion of organic matter is utilized.

The organic waste gas with high air volume and low concentration is introduced into the activated carbon adsorption bed, fully contacted with honeycomb shaped activated carbon, purified, and desorbed to be converted into low air volume and high concentration organic waste gas, which is sent to the catalytic combustion bed for oxidation. At temperatures above 280 ℃, the organic matter is oxidized and decomposed into harmless gases such as carbon dioxide and water. The hot exhaust gas after combustion heats the cold air through a heat exchanger, and the cooled gas after heat exchange is partially discharged and partially used for the desorption of honeycomb activated carbon, achieving the purpose of waste heat utilization and energy conservation.
