The AT-ZXS08 series switch status comprehensive indicator is equipped with an integrated layout on the switchgear, simplifying the panel structure design of previous switchgear and beautifying the panel layout. The product integrates various functions such as primary circuit simulation diagram, circuit breaker position, switch status, grounding switch position, spring energy storage status, high-voltage live indication, high-voltage live locking, temperature and humidity control, and RS485 communication. It will replace the existing primary circuit simulation indicator, electromagnetic switch status indicator, grounding indicator and other control and indication devices. The device is easy to install, has a long service life, and has three prevention functions, which can ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment. The indication function can be divided or combined, and users only need to provide a schematic diagram once when selecting.◆

6. Simulation instructions:
● Circuit breaker status indication (passive contact input):
When closing, the closing contact is closed and the red analog bar lights up
When the switch is opened, the switch contact is closed and the green analog bar lights up
● Circuit breaker position indication (passive contact input):
When the working position contacts are closed, the red vertical analog bar lights up
When the test position contacts are closed, the green horizontal simulation bar lights up
● Spring energy storage indicator (passive contact input):
The contact is closed, and the red spring symbol is on, indicating that energy has been stored
Contact disconnected, green spring symbol lit up, indicating no energy storage
● Grounding switch position indication (passive contact input):
The contact is closed, and the red vertical analog bar lights up, indicating that the grounding is closed
When the contact is disconnected and the green analog bar lights up, it indicates that the grounding is disconnected.
Note: In the event of a power loss, all illuminated indicators do not light up, and the above contact signals are all from the auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker.

Locking start control voltage (kV): Bus voltage × 0.65
8. Temperature and humidity control section (optional)
Number of sensor channels: one condensation channel, one temperature channel (or two condensation channels, two temperature channels)
Logical relationship: Heating when humidity is ≥ 93% RH or when condensation is about to form, humidity accuracy
±5%; When the temperature is ≤ 6 ℃, start heating; Stop heating when ≥ 16 ℃, temperature accuracy
± 1%.
Wire breakage alarm: When the heater breaks, the corresponding alarm indicator light will turn on and the alarm output contact will close.
The "automatic/manual" switch can be in either automatic or manual mode, usually in automatic mode. At this time, the temperature and humidity control logic is the same as above. When the "automatic/manual" switch is pressed, it is in manual forced heating mode.
