Working principle


A500The series axial flow anti surge valve refers to an axial streamlined flow channel with a straight symmetrical and unobstructed inner cavity of the valve body. This internal cavity design makes it very easy for the medium to pass through, and the fluid is evenly distributed at various positions inside the valve, thereby reducing the impact of local high-speed flow, turbulence, jet flow, etc., improving the stability of the valve, and minimizing turbulence and noise.

A500The main components of the series axial flow anti surge valve are the axial flow main valve, actuator, control system, and accessories. The valve body of the main valve is a complete cast body, and the valve core moves along the centerline of the valve. The main valve mainly relies on the change of the relative flow area between the valve core and the sleeve to regulate the flow rate and pressure of the medium, thereby achieving the purpose of throttling regulation. The valve core is achieved through a90The angular transmission mechanism is operated by a pair of sliding gears, which are located on the valve stem and push rod respectively. The error between the gears is very small, ensuring that there is no lag in the gear transmission mechanism and no "movement" between the valve stem and push rod. The flat toothed bed is isolated from the fluid by two primary seals located on the valve stem and guide sleeve.

The actuator is a single acting piston spring open cylinder component, and the anti surge valve is controlled by the control system to achieve valve control.
