1、 Product Overview;
AHT21， The new generation of temperature and humidity sensors has established new standards in terms of size and intelligence: it is embedded in a double row flat no pin DFN package suitable for reflow soldering, with a bottom surface of 3x3mm and a height of 0.8mm. The sensor outputs calibrated digital signals, standardI²CFormat.
The AHT21 is equipped with a newly designed ASIC dedicated chip, an improved semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element, and a standard on-chip temperature sensing element. Its performance has greatly improved and even exceeded the reliability level of the previous generation of sensors. The new generation of temperature and humidity sensors has been improved to make their performance more stable in harsh environments.
