1、 Instrument Introduction
The AHS-7890A automatic headspace sampler is a new generation headspace sampler developed by Beijing Zhongyi Yusheng Technology Co., Ltd. on the basis of absorbing the technical advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It has automatic design, large screen LCD display, touch keyboard, numerical input, beautiful and elegant appearance, and more convenient operation.
2、 Characteristics and main functions of the instrument
1. Heating and temperature control of metal bodies, with high temperature control accuracy and small gradient;
2. The pre sample area makes it easier for personnel to place and sample samples;
3. Microcomputer program control, with main functions including:
⑴ Method parameter settings, real-time working status, and running time;
⑵ The sample area, injection valve system, and sample transfer tube are all separately heated and temperature controlled;
⑶ Set the control program and press the run button to automatically complete the entire sample analysis;
⑷ It can store 9 methods for easy calling at any time, achieving fast startup and analysis;
⑸ The GC and chromatographic data processing workstations can be started synchronously, and the device can also be started using external programs;
4. Equipped with an external carrier gas regulation system, the GC instrument can be used for headspace sampling analysis without any modifications or changes. The original instrument carrier gas can also be used;
5. Through time programming, automatic functions such as pressurization, sampling, injection, analysis, and post analysis blowback cleaning can be achieved;
6. Adopting pressure equilibrium injection technology, the peak shape of headspace injection is narrow and the repeatability is good;
7. The sample transfer tube and injection valve have automatic blowback function, which avoids cross contamination of different samples;
8. In order to provide more convenient and accurate use of imported GC, this instrument is also equipped with dedicated interfaces for various imported instruments, which are easy to connect;
9. For active substance analysis, an elastic quartz tube can be selected as the sample transfer tube;
10. The injection volume can be adjusted at any time according to the concentration of the sample to be analyzed by the customer;
11. The injection needle is easy to replace and can be connected to all models of GC injection ports at home and abroad.
