The 8-09 and 9-12 types of fans can not only be used as specialized blowers for blast furnaces, but also as ventilation fans for various furnaces and forging furnaces. They are also suitable for conveying air and gases that are non corrosive, unnatural, and do not contain viscous objects. They can also be used for material transportation. The maximum medium temperature is 80 ° C.
The 8-09 type fan has three machine numbers: 7.1D, 8D, and 9D, while the 9-12 type fan has two machine numbers: 8D and 9D. Both are single suction, clockwise or counterclockwise rotating, D-type transmission, and integral structure. Compared with other types of fans, the fan not only has impellers, casings, air inlets, and transmission groups, but also seals and integral bases to prevent internal leakage. The integral base enables the fan to be assembled as a whole. Users can use anchor bolts to fix the base to the ground according to their usage, or install elastic shock absorbers under the base and place it directly on ordinary cement ground without the need for a special foundation for the fan and motor.
