2、 Characteristics

The contact material between the host and the dust collector is made of stainless steel. 3、 Working principle

This machine is a high-speed operating machinery with a horizontal structure. The main shaft is supported by two rolling bearings, and there are four sets of moving knife frames installed on the shaft. Each moving knife frame is equipped with three moving knives, and transmission pulleys and balance wheels are installed on the outside of the two bearing seats. There are 4 fixed knives installed on the casing. 12 moving knives and 4 fixed knives are used to forcefully shear the material inside the casing, and the sieve inside the casing can be replaced to change the size of the discharge particle size.

The dust collector is equipped with a cyclone separator to reduce dust. After working for a certain period of time, it is necessary to clean the cloth bag behind the cyclone separator and the dust at the bottom of the separator in a timely manner to avoid poor exhaust.
