Product Overview
The 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump and compressor are high-efficiency and energy-saving products developed by our company based on years of scientific research and production experience, combined with advanced technology of similar international products. They are usually used to pump gases that do not contain solid particles, are insoluble in water, and are non corrosive, in order to create vacuum and pressure in closed containers. By changing the result material, it can also be used to extract corrosive gases or use corrosive liquids as working fluids. 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump is widely used in industries such as papermaking, chemical, petrochemical, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food, metallurgy, building materials, stone tools, coal washing, mineral processing, fertilizer, etc. The 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump adopts a single-stage single action structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving, and can adapt to harsh working conditions such as large drainage volume and load impact fluctuations.
We have carried out systematic optimization design for key parts of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump, such as the distribution plate, impeller, and pump shaft, simplifying the structure, improving performance, and achieving energy saving. The impeller is welded, and the blades are stamped and formed in one go with a reasonable profile; The complete processing of the hub fundamentally solves the problem of dynamic balance. The impeller and pump shaft adopt a hot fit interference fit, with reliable performance and smooth operation. After the impeller is welded, the overall operation is well heat treated, and the blades have good toughness, which fundamentally guarantees the impact resistance and bending resistance of the blades. The 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump can adapt to harsh working conditions with load impact fluctuations.
2BE1 water ring vacuum pump, equipped with a gas water separator, does not have exhaust ports in multiple positions. The pump cover is equipped with an exhaust valve maintenance window, and the gap between the impeller and the distribution plate is adjusted by pressing the covers at both ends of the positioning shaft. It is easy to install, operate, and maintain.

The 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump has significant advantages over the widely used SK, 2SK, and SZ series water ring vacuum pumps in China, such as high vacuum degree and low power consumption. It is an ideal substitute for the SK, 2SK, and SZ series water ring vacuum pumps. The main structural features of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump and compressor produced by our company are as follows:
1. All bearings are imported with original equipment, ensuring the high stability of the impeller positioning and operation of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump.
2. The impeller material is all cast with ductile iron or welded with steel plates, fully ensuring the stability of the impeller of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump under various harsh working conditions, and greatly improving the service life of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump.
3. The pump body is entirely made of steel plates, which improves the service life of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump.
4. The shaft sleeve of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump is a vulnerable part, and our company uses high chromium stainless steel to make it, which increases the service life by 5 times compared to ordinary materials.
5. The belt pulley (belt drive) of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump adopts a standard high-precision cone sleeve belt pulley, which runs reliably, has a long belt life, and is easy to disassemble.
6. The 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump coupling (direct drive) adopts a standard high-strength elastic coupling, and the elastic element is made of polyurethane material, which runs stably and reliably with a long service life.
7. The unique upward mounted air-water separator saves space and effectively reduces the noise of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump.
8. All castings are made of resin sand casting, with good surface quality. The surface of the casting does not need to be greased, which improves the heat dissipation effect of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump.
9. All mechanical seals (optional accessories) are imported, fully ensuring that the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump has no leakage during long-term operation.
10. The inner wall profile of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump adopts an approximately elliptical profile to ensure the pumping effect.

Scope of application
1. The 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump can operate continuously for a long time under the conditions of ambient temperature ranging from 5 to 40 ℃ and inlet pressure less than 1330Pa.
2. The 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump is not suitable for extracting gases with high oxygen content, toxicity, explosiveness, corrosive effects on metals, chemical reactions on pump oil, or gases containing particulate dust. It is also not suitable for transporting gases from one container to another as a transport pump.
3. The continuous working time of the 2BE1 water ring vacuum pump under inlet pressure ranging from atmospheric pressure to 6000Pa should not exceed 3 minutes to avoid pump damage caused by fuel injection or poor lubrication.

If the exhaust pressure is high (0.02~0.05MPa), the motor power should be increased accordingly; If the shaft power of the 2BE1 vacuum pump is small during normal operation, a motor power close to the shaft power can also be selected for greater energy efficiency.
Note: The water temperature of the water ring vacuum pump has a significant impact on its performance, and the performance curve of the water ring vacuum pump is measured at a water temperature of 15 ℃. Therefore, when selecting a water ring vacuum pump in practice, the pumping rate of the water ring vacuum pump should be corrected. Please refer to the influence of water temperature on the performance of water ring vacuum pumps for correction methods.
