SGK-250 Fully Automatic Expansion Machine

The SGK-250 fully automatic expansion machine is equipped with a feeding traction device and corresponding program interface that matches the main machine. It can be used in conjunction with the extrusion main machine or as a standalone machine. When expanding the pipe, the movement of the pipe is carried out in a translational manner, which is smooth, accurate, and not easy to damage the pipe. The forming method adopts the expansion head shaping method, and the pipe mouth forming size is accurate. This model is equipped with a switch on the control panel for expanding solvent type socket (straight port) and expanding elastic sealing ring type socket (R port). The selection of expansion method is very convenient and the process adaptability is strong. The main electrical control components are all imported, ensuring stable and reliable system performance.
