2. Machine features
The frame adopts a fully welded steel structure with sufficient strength and rigidity, and is subjected to post weld vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and ensure the overall accuracy of the body.
★ Adopting a large floor boring and milling machine, using a one-time processing method for precision machining to ensure machining accuracy.
★ Adopting hydraulic transmission.
The sliding block synchronization mechanism adopts mechanical torsion axis synchronization, and the end position of the sliding block is controlled by the built-in mechanical stopper in the oil cylinder, with precise positioning and good consistency of the workpiece angle.
The rear material blocking device and upper slider stroke are controlled by numerical control.
