We have conical mixers that can be used for dry or near dry powder, mineral, and solid mixtures.

A conical container consists of two opposing cones and a cylindrical central strip, with half of each cone welded to the center of the strip. The central strip has a larger machined ear shaft welded to it to provide the axis around which the container rotates.

All contact parts of the Sepor cone stirrer are made of stainless steel. The standard configuration of a conical mixer includes variable speed control, belt drive, shaft mounted reducer or gear motor, low carbon steel bracket allowing 18 inch floor clearance, butterfly discharge valve, load opening plate with washer fixed by crossbar, handwheel, heavy-duty bearing seat bearing, and conventional electrical configuration of 110V V/1Ph/50-60 Hz or 220 V/1 Ph/50-60 Hz. A conical container consists of two opposing cones welded onto a cylindrical center band. There are two oversized machined ear shafts located 180 degrees apart on the central belt, which are welded onto it to provide the axis around which the container rotates. The cone angle is 45 degrees. The diameter of the center belt of the 24 inch diameter conical mixer is 24 inches, which is also the size of the conical mixer. (The center belt diameter of an 18 inch conical stirrer is 18 inches).

In a conical mixer, mixing is carried out by slowly rotating the mixer, where the angle of the bottom cone tilts beyond the static angle of the material in the mixer. Then, multiple surface layers flow towards the hollow cone, and the remaining material flows towards the end of the hollow cone by mass.

The cone pushes a portion of the material towards the center and mixes upwards. The shape of a double cone and the fact that there are no two particles propagating in parallel, but in random directions, and all particles often have many different velocities when propagating from one end to the other, resulting in rapid mixing of blood vessels inside. Ten minutes usually results in a uniform mixture, which is a perfect blend. No other blender can achieve this.

The Sepor rotary cone mixer is highly suitable for mixing dry and semi dry products. It can effectively mix various types of materials to obtain reproducible results. There will be no excessive fusion. The conical mixer will effectively mix fiber materials with powder or granular materials.
