Huiyang Company adopts HLGL series boiler pulse bag dust collector for 130T boiler dust collector. This equipment is a unit combination dust removal device with large air volume, good ash removal effect, and excellent operation. Widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, building materials, and chemical engineering for flue gas dust removal and material recovery in boilers, furnaces, and waste incineration.
Working principle of 130T boiler dust collector
The dusty gas enters the ash hoppers of each unit through the guide pipe. Under the guidance of the ash hopper guide system, the large particle dust is separated and directly falls into the ash hopper. The remaining dust enters the filtering area of the middle box with the airflow. The filtered clean gas passes through the filter bag and is discharged through the upper box, lift valve, and exhaust pipe. As the filtration progresses, when the dust accumulation on the surface of the filter bag reaches a certain amount, the cleaning control device closes the lifting valve according to the set program, opens the electromagnetic pulse valve for spraying, shakes off the dust on the filter bag, and falls into the ash hopper for discharge through the ash discharge valve.
This series of dust collectors is equipped with a bypass flue. When the boiler (or incinerator) is started, the bypass flue is opened to prevent poor combustion of oil during ignition, which may stick to the filter bag and burn it when exposed to open flames. When the exhaust temperature of the boiler accident exceeds the allowable temperature of the filter bag, open the bypass.
This series of dust collectors is also equipped with a leak detection device, consisting of multiple probes (one per compartment), and an air cannon is also installed in the ash hopper.
Basic structure of 130T boiler dust collector
The boiler pulse bag filter consists of a box assembly, filter bag assembly, flow guide device, pulse injection system, ash discharge system, control system, offline protection system, etc.
1. Box body: composed of upper box body (clean air chamber), middle box body (filter chamber), lower box body (ash hopper), flue gas distributor, flower board, platform, escalator, support foot, air inlet, ash outlet, insulation, colored panel, etc.
2. Filter bag assembly: The connection design of the filter bag frame, bag and hanging bag adopts a self-locking device, which is easy to install and replace, and can effectively extend the service life of the filter bag. The specifications of the filter bag are: 130x6000mm, 160x6000mm, and 160x7000mm, using polyphenylene sulfide needle punched felt (purchased PPS/PPS504CSl7, with stable performance treatment).
3. Diversion device: The flue gas distribution device designed with excellent air intake method not only effectively distributes dust containing gas, but also separates large particles to avoid dust containing gas from washing the filter bag, further improving the dust removal effect and efficiency, and increasing the service life of the filter bag.
4. Pulse spraying system: composed of recoil box, electromagnetic pulse valve, pressure joint, nozzle tube, bracket, etc. Specifications below HGDM-5.6 are for whole box cleaning, while other specifications have a compressed air nozzle tube at the top of each filter bag. During operation, it is generally set that each row of filter bags should be pulse blown back to clean the dust every 10 seconds, and the solenoid valve should be started at a regular time to inject pulse blown compressed air into the filter bags for dust cleaning.
5. Ash removal system: composed of an electric vibrator (air cannon), an electric heater, and an ash level indicator. The electric vibrator (air cannon) confirms that the dust has good fluidity.
6. Control system: mainly composed of pulse injection control instrument, PLC computer control cabinet, thermal resistance thermometer, static pressure measuring point, material level indicator and measuring components.
7. Offline protection system: mainly composed of bypass valve, differential pressure device, level gauge, thermometer, pressure detection device, pulse controller, filter bag leak detection device, etc. Spray water when the flue gas temperature is too high or the boiler tail reignites to prevent damage to the filter bag. A filter bag leak detection device composed of differential pressure gauges and other components is installed in the clean air chamber to promptly alert when the filter bag is damaged. Due to the need to spray fuel during ignition and low load of large tonnage boilers, a large amount of oily gas will be generated. This flue gas will directly enter the dust collector, causing the filter bag powder layer to harden, resulting in system resistance mainly based on clinical effects and affecting normal operation. The system adds a bypass pipeline to allow the oil containing gas to be discharged through the bypass pipeline during fuel injection, thereby effectively protecting the filter bag.

Design interface and supply scope of boiler dust collector

1. The incoming flange of the dust collector is designed and supplied by our company, and comes with a matching flange.
2. The support legs and bottom plate of the dust collector are designed and supplied by our company, using a civil construction type without support legs.
3. Dust collector ash conveying equipment is generally designed and supplied by our company, and in special cases, it is determined by the process design of the dust collector system.
4. The lightning protection grounding and lighting of the dust collector body are designed by our company and borne by the user.
5. Main body and filtration system: main body, filter bag, cage frame, offline valve, manual switching valve.
6. Dust cleaning system: electromagnetic pulse valve, pulse controller, injection system.
7. Ash unloading system: air cannon for clearing blockages, ash unloading valve, plug valve, ash hopper heating system.
8. Protection system: bypass valve, leak detection device.
9. Control system: differential pressure gauge, thermometer, level gauge, main control cabinet, on-site control cabinet.
