The working principle of 1151 type pressure transmitter and absolute pressure transmitter is the same as that of differential pressure transmitter, except that the pressure in the low-pressure chamber is atmospheric pressure or vacuum. The structural diagram of the component is shown in the figure

3、 1151 pressure transmitter function
1. Target audience: liquids, gases, and vapors.
2. Output signal, 4~20mADC. (Special can be a four wire system with 0-1OmADC output)
3. Power supply: The power supply is 12-45VDC, and the LCD digital display is 15-45VDC. The general working power supply is 24VDC
4. Load: Related to the power supply. The relationship between load impedance R and power supply voltage V is R ≤ (V-12) Ω.
5. Range and winter position: externally continuously adjustable.
6. Positive and negative migration:
Differential pressure transmitter: The maximum positive displacement is the difference between the upper limit of the measurement range (same below URL) and the measurement range; The maximum negative transfer is URL.
Pressure transmitter: The maximum positive displacement is the maximum difference between the URL and the measurement range; The negative transfer amount is not greater than atmospheric pressure.
Absolute pressure transmitter: The maximum positive displacement is the difference between the URL and the measurement range; No negative transfer.
7. Environmental temperature range: General transmitter -26 ℃+70 ℃, with on-site display -15 ℃+70 ℃.
8. Overload pressure, not exceeding 1.5 times the specified pressure, the transmitter will not be damaged.
9. Storage temperature:- 10 ℃~+66 ℃.
10. Damping time: continuously adjustable, micro, low differential pressure and flange transmitter within 0.2-1.67 seconds, with a larger damping time.
11. The volume change is less than 0.16cm3.
12. Indicator: The on-site output indicator includes an ammeter with linear indication of 0-100% and square root indication of 0-100%, a 3-1/2 bit LDC LCD display, and a font height of 13mm. Output displayed as a percentage.
