1. Introduction: Dust free oven, also known as dust-free industrial oven or clean industrial oven. It is a special clean and dust-free drying equipment that provides a high-temperature purification environment. The air inside the box is enclosed and self circulating, and is repeatedly filtered by a high temperature resistant and high-efficiency air filter (Class 100) to keep the oven working room in a dust-free state. The dust-free oven workshop is made of stainless steel structure. The temperature inside the studio is automatically controlled by a temperature controller, equipped with automatic constant temperature and time control devices, and equipped with automatic power-off and alarm circuits for overheating, ensuring reliable control and safe use.

4 Maintenance Methods Edit Daily Maintenance
4.1 Clean the surface and interior dust to keep the machine clean and hygienic.
4.2 Check if the current on the ammeter is the same as normal. If there is any abnormality, notify the maintenance worker for inspection.
4.3 In case of sudden power outage, the heating switch should be turned off to prevent automatic startup when power is restored.
4.5 Check if the fan is running normally and if there are any abnormal sounds. If there are any, immediately shut down the machine and notify the maintenance worker for inspection.

5.1 Check if the ventilation opening is blocked and clean the accumulated dust.
5.2 Whether the fan is operating normally.

8. Working mode and principle of dust-free oven:
This device is a high-performance, high reliability oven with well-designed structure, material, strength, insulation, and air circulation. It also has a beautiful appearance and easy operation. The hot air circulation system uses a circulating motor to drive the wind turbine through an electric heater, delivering hot air from the air duct to the inside of the oven. After use, the air is sucked into the air duct to become the air source for further circulation and heating, saving energy and achieving good temperature uniformity. When the door is opened or closed and causes disturbance, the air supply circulation system can quickly restore the operating temperature value, making the temperature more uniform.
9. Electrical principle:
The main control table controls the temperature throughout the entire process, following the pre-set program to control the temperature inside the working chamber.
