(4) Adopting a single lifting and single steering cylinder makes the whole machine smoother and the steering more powerful.

(5) The connection method is a central articulated rotary bearing with full hydraulic power steering.

(6) The bucket adopts a V-shaped structure, and the blade is made of wear-resistant alloy material, which is durable and long-lasting.

Performance characteristics:

1. Front frame, rear frame, boom, bucket: Jigang Q345B low-alloy steel is selected as the main material for the frame, with a lower yield limit of about 345Mpa, which can withstand various loads from inside and outside the vehicle. Not only does it ensure strength, but it also undergoes seven welding processes including normalizing, aging, sandblasting, and anti-corrosion to form the product.

2. The whole machine's pin shaft is made of 40Cr alloy steel and requires 5 processes including rough turning, quenching and tempering, precision turning, quenching, and precision grinding to ensure the stability of the pin shaft during the working period

3. The copper sleeve of the whole machine is made of high-strength brass and radially embedded with cylindrical graphite fillers arranged in an orderly manner as friction materials. The embedded solid lubricant easily forms a lubricating film, which plays a significant role in its friction and wear performance. It has the advantages of high precision, strong load-bearing capacity, and good wear resistance. The wear resistance is more than three times that of ordinary copper sleeves
