Main structure and working principle

This machine is mainly composed of five parts: upper working room, lower working platform, rack, electrical system, and vacuum system. Please refer to the attached figure for details. A vacuum pump extracts air from the working chamber, when

1. Adjustment and use

   1Preparation before use

   aPlace the machine steadily and check if the lid is closed smoothly, Does it automatically jump after releasing it,DZ -400/2L;The adjustable bolt under the studio allows the thief to jump automatically, but the jumping force should not be too strong;DZ -400/2S.    2Adjustment before use

   aChoose vacuum degree

   bSelect heating temperature

   a、 Turn on the power switch:

   b、 Open the pressure strip of the packaging bag and put the packaging bag containing the packaged item inside(The distance from the item to the mouth must not be less than4centimeter)Put it into the studio, place the seal flat on the silicone rubber strip, do not overlap the bags, flip over the packaging bag pressure strip and press the opening of the packaging bag tightly;

   CHold the handle tightly(Press down on the edge of the upper cover to press down on the studio. If the lid is closed, the machine will automatically complete the vacuum packaging process according to the program and automatically open the lid. Some equipment is equipped with an emergency stop switch:
